StaysTo ensure a pleasant and respectful stay for everyone, please take note of the following rules :

🚭 No smoking indoors

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodations. Outdoor areas may be used if available. Any violation may incur cleaning fees.

🛠️ Respect the property and furniture

The accommodation, its equipment, and furniture must be used with care. Any damage, loss, or theft may be charged.

🤫 Respect the neighbors

Please maintain the peace of the residents and the neighborhood by avoiding noise, especially in the evening and at night. Unauthorized parties and gatherings are prohibited.

⏰ Check-in and check-out-

Check-in from the communicated time, 4:00 PM- Check-out before the scheduled time, 11:00 AM- Any unreported delay may incur additional fees

👥 Capacity and Guests

The number of occupants must not exceed the designed capacity of the accommodation. Outside visits or gatherings require prior approval.

🐾Pets

Only one pet is allowed; please respect the premises.

🧹 Cleanliness and Maintenance

The accommodation must be left in an acceptable condition: dishes put away, trash disposed of in the designated bins. Excessive cleaning may incur an additional charge.

🗑️ Waste Management

Please follow sorting instructions and use the designated containers.

📶 Wi-Fi

The network is available for legal, reasonable, and law-abiding use. Any illegal downloads or content are prohibited.

🔐 Safety

Make sure to properly close doors, windows, and turn off lights when leaving the accommodation and do not use dangerous or unauthorized devices.

🎒 Lost or Forgotten Items

The host is not responsible for any belongings left behind after departure.
