Is the jacuzzi private?
The jacuzzi for the TULUM suite is completely private and secluded. It is available from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. in accordance with city center regulations and out of consideration for the neighborhood.

Is there a parking lot nearby?
For the TULUM suite, you'll find several free parking options right in front of the property. For the BALI suite, you'll find one paid parking lot and one free parking lot open year-round a little further away.

Are animals allowed?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need flexible times, feel free to contact us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Can we leave our bikes there?
Yes, both properties are family-friendly. Villa Solara offers plenty of outdoor space and a private pool, and Casa di Limoni’s peaceful garden is perfect for families with children. High chairs and cribs are available upon request.
